All Content organs have a 5 year guarantee on all electronic components.

One of our colleague Content importers overseas claimed that of the more than 2000 Content
organs he has installed up to date, not a single Content organ has been out of order during any
Sunday service. A reference list of recent and older organs is available on request.
At the end of 1999, Willem Nap was offered the Content organ agency for Southern Africa by the Content
factory owner. At that stage, Content Organs has already been in Southern Africa, but there was
no reliable service available and the demand for Content organs was getting more and more. The
Content factory was not prepared to sell more organs to SA until the right service was in place.
He was introduced to the Content service centre by a Content client who recommended him.
After prolonged discussions with the Content factory, Willem visited the factory and familiarised
himself with all the technical aspects. He was greatly impressed by their workmanship and the quality
and sound of the Content organs. He said that he had never heard such good quality and now he
understood why Content had been awarded with the prestigious "Diapason d' Or Paris France" in 1987.
Willem Nap Sr and Theo Nap, started to import Content organs and hundreds of
instruments were placed in Southern Africa at churches, homes, schools,etc, as far as Ghana, Zimbabwe and the Congo.
L'Organaro only sells Content organs and does not need to import other inferior organ brands,
which some organ importers apparently claim to be cheaper. We have experienced
that the parts were not available after a few years and the guarantees and quality did not match our high standards.
